First and foremost- our concern is the safety and health of the Vendors, Patrons and Staff of the Springfield Antique Show & Flea Market. We are currently working with health officials and the fairgrounds to ensure that when our show happens, all measures will be taken to ensure the health and safety of our event. We are working on things like additional restroom capacity and cleaning, hand sanitizing stations and monitoring what the anticipated social distancing guidelines might look like moving forward. All measures will be taken and local guidelines will be adhered to- your safety is our safety as well.

Show hours and set-up schedule will mimic Extravaganza
We understand that we truly are in uncharted waters at this point due to the impact of Covid 19. There will be a wide array of reactions to this decision. Simply put, if you as a customer or vendor support this decision, we hope you will attend. If you don’t support this decision or won’t feel safe attending- please don’t. Return as a customer or vendor when you wish and feel safe. No hard feelings at all. But please be advised, we won’t tolerate the use of the shows social media pages to serve as arguing grounds for people on this issue.
What to do
- For those of you who have already booked for the May show, we will be calling you over the next week to confirm your participation in the July show. Please do not call the office at this time with questions as it will make a daunting task even more complex. Save your questions for when we reach out to you. Also be sure to check your voicemails are set up and checked. In a few days, we will open the phone lines to those of you who we have not spoken with. We will provide that number after making our first wave of calls.
- If you wish to participate in the July show, but had not yet booked May, please follow the normal booking procedure by calling 937-325-0053. Please be patient.
- We will make updates through our Facebook page and email newsletter when needed. Please check back often.
- Again We are in un-charted waters at this point and things are changing almost daily. We need to ask a favor- Shoppers- please RSVP to our Facebook event page if you are going to come to the show. We ask this as we are trying to project what we might expect crowd wise in order to staff at appropriate levels, make the event safe in this Covid environment and this information will help greatly.

Saturday 8-5 and Sunday 9-4
Extravaganzas- May and September
Early Bird 7-noon on Friday. $15- includes Readmission rest of weekend.
General Admission- $10 -noon to 6 p.m. Friday
Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
